You should take a pledge that you won’t ever let anybody make you loose this quality of yours and the more you get bolder, the more you get careless about what people think about you. Be decent, but stay bold.

2. Get Self Obsessed:-

The next thing that I will advice you is to overcome this habit of yours is to get somewhat self obsessed. Start thinking about yourself more than anybody else and make this a habit that you will think about yourself first and then think about anybody else. Those who are self obsessed never care what people think about them.

3. Self Respect:-

Self respect is another thing that can help you overcome this habit of yours. Put yourself at your top priorities. Learn to respect yourself first and then respect anybody else. Those who respect themselves more than anybody else never care what other people think about them as they don’t care if people respect them or not as they respect themselves.

4. Confidence:-

Build up of confidence is much necessary to get rid of this problem. You need to be confident enough to face problems. Your face should never reveal any sadness and should always keep smiling.
