How to Uninstall Google Chrome From Your Devices

Google chrome is a browser that I personally recommend and take to be the fastest browser amongst all the browsers that I have tried for my PC, tablet and mobile phone. It provides instant search and even the tabs can be opened both in the foreground as well as background. You have to type less and it also offers you better and faster download capabilities, but in some of the cases you have to uninstall it either in order to use some other browser or to save space for the other applications or because of some application fault and in such cases, you can uninstall it from the device using the simple tips that we are mentioning here:-
How to Uninstall Google Chrome
1. Reach Control Panel:-
The best way to uninstall Google Chrome is to reach the control panel as this is the place in your computer that deals with all the applications that have been installed in the device. This place lets you make every sort of settings with the applications, to set them as default, to check problems with them and to go with the networking options etc.
2. Set Explorer as Your Default Browser:-
Now just reaching the control panel is the only enough thing, but you will also need to go for setting internet explorer as your default browser. By setting internet explorer as your default browser, you are making way for Google Chrome to be uninstalled and the purposes for which chrome had been set by your side would now be able to be subjected by the explorer browser.
3. Click Uninstall Programs Option:-
After you have set explorer as your default application, you will need to reach the program’s application in the control panel and there you would see a list of applications that you can uninstall or install depending on your needs. In order to uninstall the Google Chrome application, you will need to simply make a click over the application’s name and there would come an option to uninstall the application.
4. Uninstall Google Chrome by Clicking over it:-
As I told you earlier that in order to uninstall the Google Chrome application, you will need to make a click over its name in the control panel and after you do so, the data would start unpackaging. After the data gets unpacked, your system will get Google Chrome uninstalled and then when it gets uninstalled, there would be two options from your side, the first one will say if you wish to reboot the system and the second one will ask you if you wish to do it later manually.
5. Now Restart the Computer:-
If you click rebooting to be made later, this might still show you the icon for Google Chrome browser, but the browser would have actually got uninstalled and when you restart it, the icon will also get vanished. In both the cases, it is better to reboot the computer as the changes get permanent when you restart the computer. In case you are trying to do it over the mobile smart phone, simply open it through the settings and click the uninstall option. The application will get uninstalled.
