How to Transfer Balance from Airtel to Airtel
Suppose you run out of balance and there is a friend having surplus with him. You can request him to lend you a sum of balance and use that with a promise to return back when needed. In case you were in an emergency and had no balance, AIRTEL is a company that offers you this mobile balance transfer facility that enables you to lend or borrow balance from some other mobile with the same operator. This service is named as the Airtel gifting service and in order to avail its benefits, the tips that we are mentioning here can be followed.
How to Transfer Balance from Airtel to Airtel
1. Dial the Dedicated USSD Code:-
There is a dedicated USSD code issued by Airtel’s side that you can dial from your mobile in order to transfer balance from Airtel to Airtel. This USSD code is *141# that can be dialed from any mobile phone. The menu may take some time to appear and thus you may be required to wait for the menu options to appear.
2. Choose from the Menu Options:-
After a fraction of seconds, your menu will appear from which you can choose features like sharing talk time or Buying happy hour packs, Taking Loan/Asking for talk time etc. Simply answer with the number representing the choice that you need to go for and the further process would be able to be executed afterwards. Suppose option 1 reads share talk time, enter “1” into the answer field and then click the “Send” button.
4. Enter the Amount to be shared:-
In order to transfer balance to the other mobile, you would be needed to enter the amount you want to transfer and the talk time amount that you enter will be shared with the other number. You can share a minimum of rupees five and a maximum of rupees forty and in order to send balance you should have a minimum balance of rupees ten in your balance.
5. The Further Execution:-
You can make five transactions per day and thirty transactions per month. The charges along with the service tax get displayed when you choose to send a balance amount and then you are required to enter the receiver’s mobile number say 9989*****9 and then click the send button. The desired sum will be added to your friend’s number.
6. Check If the Friend has received:-
After the balance has been sent, you may check if the balance got added to your friend’s number by asking it from him. Your friend will get a message telling him that you have sent an amount through gifting service to their mobile number. The charges for gifting balance would be deducted from your mobile number’s account along with the money sent to the friend.
