Teach your children to go for brushing their teeth twice a day from the very early age of their childhood. Most of the children brush their teeth daily in the morning, but they do not do the same again while sleeping. The food that we eat at night can cause cavities and thus these cavities result in a fall of teeth. Brushing your teeth twice a day ensures that none of the food particles stays stuck between your teeth and thus there is no buildup of cavities when you brush your teeth twice a day.

2. Fluoridated Toothpaste is better:-

Fluoridated tooth pastes always suit the better for children. It is better if you bring a tooth brush with criss-cross bristles for them. Some tooth brushes also come with a tongue and cheek cleaner formation made at their back portion to enhance better tooth cleaning cycle.

3. Use of Floss and Tongue Cleaner Is Also Mandatory:-

Use of floss and tongue cleaner is mandatory to clean the tongue as well as rest of the mouth. You should not make haste while cleaning your mouth and instead you should do it slowly. If tooth brush is not available, you can also use some good tooth powder or dental liquid.

4. Use Infant’s Toothbrush and Infant Toothpaste for Babies:-

When your infant’s teeth are in a growing stage, you should bring home infant toothpaste and an infant’s tooth brush. You should regularly brush your infant’s teeth in order to prevent germ build-up and this habit should be continued even when the child grows up.

5. Get a Dental Check-Up Made At Least Once a Month:-

You should affix an appointment with a doctor of teeth (Dental Doctor or Dentist) once a week or once a month (As preferred) so as to assure that your child’s teeth are in a fine stage. Most of the hospitals and dental shops have a free provision for dental checkups available with them.

6. Control Their Habits of Eating Chocolates:-

Besides this, you should control your child’s habit of taking chocolates and toffees in order to make their teeth safe from cavities. Even a single germ in teeth should also be taken care about. Controlling your child’s habit of consuming chocolates does not mean that you prevent your child from consuming chocolates, but instead you should keep a watch that he does not sleep with chocolate parts stuck in his teeth.
