1. Wrap Your Foot Area In A Warm Bandage:-

The first thing that you can do in order to get relieved from the pain in your feet by wrapping it in a warm bandage. These bandages are readily available within every medical or pharmacy based store and they can prove to be effective in case the foot pain is because of some inner unseen wound.

2. Get Relieved with Hot Oil Massage:-

It has been found that foot pain can get relieved applying hot oil like coconut oil or castor or olive oil on the area massaging it with this oil. The pain gets relieved this way, if you practice this approach on a regular basis. You can even choose to wrap something warm or hot with your affected area so as to get relieved against it.

3. Stretching Your Leg So As To Get Relieved:-

Sometimes the pain in your feet can be because of some bending or excess stretching of the leg muscles. If you choose to go for the regular stretching of your foot pain by exercising on a regular basis or aerobics or yoga, the problem of foot pain will get relieved easily.

Besides the hot water treatment, you may also choose to go for the cold treatment as well. Simply take out some ice cubes and rub them against the affected area of your feet. The cold treatment is proven to effectively relieve you from the pain in foot.

6. Get Relieved with Some Hot Gel Spray:-

There are some hot essence based gel sprays and tubes that can be purchased from medical stores. The hot gel spray needs to be applied on the target site and you just need to rub the skin after applying it so as to generate sweat and then keep the area covered so as to let the sweat formation take place. The heating effect of this gel or spray may make you get relieved from the pain in foot area.
