Bloating is basically a type of swelling or a growth in the diameter of the abdominal area in a women that makes this area get tighten and thus the lady feels un relaxed because of the pain associated with it. You need to reduce your salt and sugar intake in order to stay free from the problem of bloating. You should avoid unprocessed foods and adopt exercises as well . Eliminating Sodium from diet can even help you a lot.
4. Take Frequent Meals:-
Instead of taking three big meals, I will advice you to take five small meals. Eat foods that come equipped with estrogen binding properties or you may even go for some sports or related exercises consulting with your trainer. Bloating might even be the result of irritable bowel syndrome or even constipation and thus we advice you to take a properly regulated diet full of fruits and veggies.
5. Activated Charcoal Tablets:-
You can even purchase activated charcoal tablets that can be obtained from any pharmacy store in your locality and is proven treatment of bloating. You can even go for antacids or “Simethicone” that is an oral anti-forming agent that helps the body to expel the gas even faster. You should reduce your intake of fats and eat diet rich in starch as well. If there is any case of hiccups related with this condition, you can drink a glass of water to reduce that.
