1. Steam Based Approach:-

In case your nose is clogged or stuffy, the steam based approach will prove to be beneficial for sure. Simply boil some water, put a bucket of it in front of you and add some vaporub gel to it. After this has been done, you simply need to take the steam out of it and taking steam this way; you will easily get relieved against the problem of stuffy nose.

2. Consume Garlic Cloves:-

It has been found that the juice of garlic can help you keep warm in winters. It has also been seen that the people who have got their nose clogged can choose to add garlic to their regular diet to get benefited against the problem of runny nose. You may simply add it to your regular diet or you may choose to take the juice out of it and then consume that.

3. A Few Drops of Eucalyptus Oil:-

In case the nose is so clogged that you feel difficulty while breathing, try dropping a few drops of eucalyptus oil in your nose. This approach has proven results in many cases as the nose gets relieved after the drops of eucalyptus oil are dropped in it there are some other similar oils for this purpose but they need to be consulted first.

4. Gargle with Salt Water:-

Simply take some Luke warm salt water and add some common salt to it. After the common salt has been added, you just need to do gargle with it and the rest will be done itself. Doing this regularly several times a day, you will get easily relieved against the problem of stuffy nose.

5. Basil Juice and Cinnamon in Tea:-

The regular tea that you consume during the snack time can also bring you the desired benefits against the problem of stuffy nose as well. Simply pluck off some basil leaves and use them while making your cup of tea. You may also choose to add some cinnamon powder along with the basil leaves while making your cup of tea to get added benefits.

6. Honey and Turmeric in Milk:-

The milk that you consume daily while going to bed for sleep should be added with honey and turmeric in it. Both these ingredients are equipped with medicinal properties that make them an ideal thing to be consumed against the problem of stuffy nose.
