1. Eat Clean Food to avoid parasites in body:-

It should be kept in mind that parasites reach the body system of only those people who are not having their hygiene clean. Simply wash your hands before eating the food. Eat only fresh veggies and make sure you clean the veggies and fruits before eating them. Adopt clean food intake and you will stay away from parasites.

2. Eat Garlic Cloves to keep body parasite free:-

It has been reported in a study that the people who had a habit of eating at least one clove of garlic everyday stayed much away from parasites infestation in their body than the ones not doing so. In case you fear there are parasites in your body, start consuming at least two cloves of garlic every day. You may also choose to eat garlic sauce or garlic bread as well.

3. Eat Fiber Rich Food in case you have parasites:-

In case you suffer from parasites, you are advised to eat simple and plane food. Your diet should have fibers in it, but make sure the fiber content does not goes over a specific normal limit as it may even cause you gas. Go for eating simple plain white rice or something else like that.

4. Switch to a Liquid Diet Involving Fruits and Vegetables:-

Include as much as fruits and vegetables as you can to your diet. Eat them raw, but eat them fresh and clean. Never consume anything directly picking it up from the st0orage tray and instead wash it first. It is believed that the liquid or juicy diet gets the nutrients best absorbed in body and thus you are advised to go for a liquid or juicy diet in case you suffer parasites.

5. Chew Raw Spinach for iron and other such needs:-

It is advised that you consume enough spinach daily either raw or cooked. You may even juice it up and then gulp the juice out from spinach leaves. It is believed that spinach is a rich source of iron and in case you have parasites, you will surely be anemic and iron will save you against anemia and as iron is contained in spinach in abundance, spinach is advised to be consumed.

6. Lemon plus Honey to save yourself against parasites:-

In case you come to know that you have got parasites in your body or if you fear parasites to develop in your body, you may choose to take a teaspoon of lemon mixed with honey daily so as to save yourself against parasites. This one is rather a proven remedy to save you against the problems like irritation and vomiting as well.
