A lawyer is a person who deals with the law and properly knows it. You can say lawyer is a person who practices the law and that may be done in any form either as a barrister, a judge, an attorney, a counselor and even a solicitor. It is the job of a lawyer to solve a case and take you out of your jeopardizes finding a better solution for you. What is law?
Law is basically a system of rules, regulations and that have been issued by any specific government. These laws help you to decide whether anything was done according to the guidelines that the government has issued or are against it. The procedure to declare somebody clean or guilty is made by the law only and if you say that this job can be done without the law, then you are wrong my friend, the process of judgment would have become prejudiced if there was no law.
1. The Duty of A Lawyer:-
In order to become a lawyer, you will become to get eligible for getting the law education first. In order to get admitted to some law college, first of all you will need to complete your schooling and that too with a merit. After completing your schooling, you will need to qualify the entrance test of some law based college or university and then you will get admission to some good law college.
The graduation and post-graduation degrees for becoming a lawyer have been mentioned by me in the next paragraph. After getting admitted in a law based college, you will be given the knowledge about various laws and their sections that will enrich your knowledge about various rules that are provided in the constitution of that country.
2. Education Needed To Become A Lawyer:-
In order to become a lawyer, you will need to get graduated in some law related degree according to the place where you hail from. Like suppose if you are from U.S. You will need to get graduated in J.D or what we call as the JURIS DOCTOR and Master Of Laws (L.L.M) what we call as the port graduate degree in law or S.J.D what we regard as the Doctor Of Juridical Science.
If you are from India, you might have to go for a graduate degree in LLB or what we call as the Bachelor Of Laws and for the master degree, you might have to go for LLM or what we call as the Master of Laws, which is the post-graduate degree in Law. If you are from some other country, you might need to go for B.A in law or B.Sc in law, according to the specific guidelines specified by the law related educational institutions of that specific country.
3. Practicing The Law Under Some Big Lawyer:-
In order to become a successful lawyer, you might need to go for assisting some good and famous lawyer so as to get experienced in helping him solve the cases and then you can choose to get the cases of your own and sit in the courts. The more you are skilled, the better you get and the better you solve the cases, the more famous you get as a lawyer. The rest depends on the buildup of contacts and the way you take your cases and solve them.
