The first and the main sign of the back pain in a person is a feeling of soreness or tension or a sort of stiffness in him or her accompanied with a pain in the back of the person that sometimes becomes unbearable for him or her.

Lower back pain:-

In the case of lower back pain, the pain resides in the lower back portion of the person but may be felt also in the front portion or the side or the back of the leg of that person. the pain is likely to develop all of a sudden after lifting anything with a great weight or may be a result of the awkward twisting of the body or standing in a poor posture may even cause this type of pain.

the person with this type of pain may feel it worst at the nights of when sitting at the same place and position for a large interval of time or after a long car or bus travel. the person with this type of pain may try to lie down flat on his or her bed to get some relief or may go for the procedure of acupuncture. The pain in the lower back of a person might be the result of sciatica in him while the soreness in the lower back of a person may be the result of the slipped disk that may even cause weekness in the muscles of an individual.

Upper or middle back pain:-

In the case of upper or middle back pain , the area is of the upper portion of the back of the person or the area is the middle one, from the neck of the person to the bottom of his rib cage known as the thoracic spine. having a trapped or wounded nerve in the area of the back of any person behind the rib cage may even result in the pain to affect the other areas such as the arms or the legs and the chest. acupuncture may be practiced in this type of pain also.

Weekness in the leg or the arms:-

Weekness in the legs or the arms of an individual, a tingling sensation may start to occur in the person or his legs or the chest or the area of the stomach. back pain may occur in several other forms also including the pain in the legs or the neck of the person or his shoulders or pain in the upper back.
